Her passion for helping other people to reach their full potential shines through as she helps her clients reach their goals through movement, mindfulness and meditation. 

Kira offers coaching through private sessions in Edmonton, as well as virtually, so you can work with her anywhere in the world. Kira also offers private + group yoga sessions virtually. Register for her outdoor bootcamp to build your strength and mobility.
